BURNING CANDLE BASICS TO ACHIEVE THE LONGEST, SAFEST AND BEST BURN:
1. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always place your candle on a candleholder, or on a heat safe surface, away from flammable materials, out of reach of children and pets.
2. Try to keep candles out of drafts, which may cause dripping and also bright light, which may fade the color.
3. Keep the wick trimmed to between 1/4" and 1/2".
4. IMPORTANT note for the first burn: Once lit, allow a pool of melted wax to form that goes from edge to edge of container (or as close to as possible) to reduce tunneling.5.
5. Burn candle only up to 4 hours at a time.
